Shipping Policy

At BluePillar, we're committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. This policy explains everything you need to know about shipping.

Order Processing

Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:

Standard Products 1-3 business days
Print-on-Demand Items 2-7 business days
Custom/Personalized Items 5-10 business days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you'll receive:

  1. Order Confirmation Email: Immediately after purchase
  2. Shipping Confirmation Email: When your order ships, including tracking number

Shipping Carriers

Depending on your location and product type, your order may be shipped via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Local postal services (for international orders)

The carrier is determined at the time of shipping based on the best option for your order.

Tracking Your Order

How to Track

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package:

  1. Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  2. Visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number
  3. Log into your account on our website to view order status

Tracking Updates

Tracking information typically updates within 24-48 hours of shipment. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping speed
  • Number of items in order

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on:

  • Domestic orders over $50 USD
  • Select promotions (as advertised)

International Orders

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes (VAT, GST, etc.)
  • Customs fees

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges.

Customs Declaration

All international packages include a customs declaration with:

  • Item description
  • Quantity
  • Value

We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare lower values.

Print-on-Demand Products

Many of our products are printed on demand, which affects shipping:

How It Works

  1. You place an order
  2. Your design is printed at a fulfillment center
  3. The product is shipped directly from the fulfillment center
  4. You may receive separate packages if ordering multiple items

Fulfillment Locations

Print-on-demand items are produced at facilities closest to your shipping address when possible, reducing delivery times.

Multi-Item Orders

If you order multiple print-on-demand items, they may:

  • Ship from different locations
  • Arrive in separate packages
  • Have different tracking numbers

You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

  • P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS
  • APO/FPO: We support military addresses (delivery times may vary)

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@example.com. We may be able to update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed:

  1. Check tracking for updates
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. If unresolved, contact us at support@example.com

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Look for delivery notices
  3. Contact the carrier to initiate an investigation
  4. Contact us if the issue isn't resolved within 5 business days

We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or reship your order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and products
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at support@example.com
  3. Include your order number and photos
  4. We'll arrange a replacement or refund

Delivery Signature

  • Standard orders: No signature required (carrier's discretion)
  • High-value orders: May require signature
  • Request signature: Contact us before shipping if you'd like to require a signature

Shipping During Peak Seasons

During holidays and sales events (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing times may be extended
  • Carrier delays are common
  • Order early to ensure on-time delivery
